No Mans Land

Often invisible unless designated by a plaque, monument, or vague street name, most of the cultural history that surrounds us, underfoot, leveled by urban sprawl, beneath the Ikea parking lot, highway overpass or _________, goes unnoticed and remains unknown.  

This ongoing project explores landscapes at the intersection of cultural narratives, ideologies and cultural property. Specific researched locations are photographed at night using a large format camera.
